Meet your Coach
Hi, I’m Laura Teare-Jones. I’m 30, and living in North Wales with my husband Gareth and our two pups Molly and Buddy. I've spent the last six years coaching for a global wellness company which I adored! However, since getting my PMDD diagnosis in 2019, I’ve become more and more involved in the conversations around health, hormones and gender equality issues. get in touch
In June 2020, I launched the My Hormones My Health podcast. The podcast was originally launched as a side project during lockdown (I quickly fell out of love with trying to make banana bread). The podcast was a way for me to talk about my experiences of PMDD and spread a message of hope – that a life with health or hormone issues can still be compatible with a life of joy.
Did I think that anybody would listen to the podcast? Not really! But I soon realised that not only would they listen, they wanted to talk too.
Through my podcast, I’ve had conversations with amazing people who have inspired me and our listeners to live a life of hope, always. But it also saddens me that lots of my guests and listeners have never spoken about their issues before. Is that because of shame? Embarrassment? Or just because they thought nobody would listen?
I want to listen.
